On a cold, windy Tuesday evening, the Badger soccer team hosted the Harker Heights Knights in their home-opener.
After a tough 80 minutes, the Badgers came up just short, losing 1-0. They conceded a goal early in the first half but kept Harker Heights off the board the rest of the way. Lampasas had chances right down to the final buzzer to get a draw or more out of the game.
