Shirley Ann Waters, 95, of Lampasas, died on March 21, 2025.
Memorial services will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel in Lampasas on March 30 at 2 p.m.
Shirley was born on June 8, 1929, in Silt, Colorado, to Ben and Eslie (Combs) Boyd.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Patrick George Waters; her daughter, Patty Metheny; and her sister, Betty Warrington.
Shirley was a hard worker and would do anything for anyone. She loved her family dearly, and raised her children, grandchildren and numerous others.
Survivors include her sons John Waters and wife Gari Lee, Ron Waters and wife Brenda, and Dan Waters; brothers Bill Boyd and Ben Boyd; grandchildren Brian Langstaff, Angie Waters, Clinton Waters, Jesse Metheny and Jamie Metheny; greatgrandchildren Dean, Jase, Jaxon, Warren, Orion and numerous other greatgrandchildren, nieces and nephews.
