Alice Lunsford Petree was born in Austin, Texas at Brackenridge Hospital on July 9, 1951. She died Sept. 27, 2026.
She was a devoted wife, mother, Nana and great-Nana. She is survived by her husband of over 40 years, Larry Petree; three of her children, Gary Shannon and wife Belinda, Andrew Shannon and wife Carla, and Cynthia Shannon and husband Daryl; five grandbabies, Nathan, Alexis, Alyana, Ashley and Logan; three great-grandbabies, Anaya, Alaia and Suliana; and siblings Jackie, Daniel and Bonnie Lunsford.
She was preceded in death by her parents Jack and Christine Lunsford; her sister Nancy Lunsford Crawford; and her youngest son Wyatt Stiverson and wife Brandy.
Alice’s faith in the Lord was priceless. She was at peace when she went to be with Him.
