Mary Lee Johnson, 80, died on Oct. 30, 2024, at Caraday Nursing Home in Lampasas.
Funeral services will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel in Lampasas on Nov. 9 at 11 a.m., with visitation an hour prior. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Mary was born on Oct. 13, 1944, in Brady to Carl and Eloise (Marsden) Hanson.
She grew up in Lampasas and graduated from Lampasas High School in 1963.
She married Curtis Johnson in 1963 in Lampasas, and they were married for 61 years.
Mary enjoyed sewing, quilting and crocheting.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Glen Hanson.
Mary is survived by her spouse, Curtis of Lampasas; son, Andy (Celeste) Johnson of Lampasas; daughter, Bernece Johnson of Killeen; grandchildren Sloane (Michael) Cornish and Lacy (Chris) Norman; great-grandchildren Emberlinn and Corbinn Johnson; and nieces, nephews and other relatives.
