Judy Allen, 75, of Lometa, died at her home on Aug. 28, 2024.
Visitation will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel in Lampasas on Sept. 4 from 4-6 p.m.
Graveside services will take place at Lometa City Cemetery on Sept. 5 at 10 a.m.
Judy was born in Freeport on April 26, 1949.
She worked as a waitress for many years and once she married James Allen, she became a stay-at-home wife and mother.
Judy loved music and watching her Western shows and movies. Her biggest joy in life, though, was her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who would do anything for anyone.
Judy was preceded in death by a husband, Miles Bennett, and her son, Milburn Bennett.
Survivors include her husband, James Allen; her children Steven Allen and wife Mikki, Marcus Lee Bennett, Christene Borchers and husband Robert, and Martha Bennett; brothers Mack Parker, Kenneth Parker and Terry Parker; and numerous grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.
