A reported burglary-in-progress led to a shooting fatality in Jarrell on Thursday.
The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded to a call at midnight in the 6000 block of County Road 239 in Jarrell, where a homeowner told officers they had shot the suspect after the man forced entry into the home.
WCSO identified the suspect as 29-yearold Juan Sanchez-Palafox.
