The Lampasas Police Department soon will be fitted with faster, more stable wireless internet in its patrol vehicles.
LPD officials said the new system will improve patrolman efficiency and provide faster updates to officers as they respond to emergency incidences, as well as direct uploads of bodycam and dash-cam footage.
