The Lampasas City Council rejected all bids for the Hostess House renovation on Monday after they came in over budget.
Lampasas City Manager Finley deGraffenried presented the bids to the council during a meeting that evening, but he recommended council members reject the bids “based on the project coming in at above estimate.”
