February usually is associated with Valentine’s Day and Black History Month, but it also earns recognition as Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month.
On Monday, Wings of Eagles Outreach hosted a workshop to educate teens about dating violence. Wings of Eagles volunteer Becky Veroneau, who also is a Lampasas High School special needs teacher, said more is being done to highlight the issue in Lampasas.
