Peggy Ann Hopson, 83, of Lampasas died at her home on Dec. 10, 2022.
Visitation will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel on Dec. 15 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Graveside services will follow at 1 p.m. at Maxdale Cemetery in Bell County.
Peggy was born in Des Moines, Iowa, on May 27, 1939 to William and Twyla Albertson.
She loved playing bingo and watching the hummingbirds on her front porch. Family was everything to her, and her children and grandchildren were her world. For many years, Peggy also enjoyed selling items at a flea market in San Antonio.
She was preceded in death by her brothers Billy, Kenny and Garry, and by a sister, Bernadine.
Survivors include her sons Clark Hussman Jr. and wife Rhonda, and Jeff Hussman; daughters Ashlea Hall, and Shawnda Rios and husband Jay; a sister, Lucy Sutton; grandchildren Rebecca, Steven, Tiffany, Leslie, Shawn, Moriah and Troy; and great-grandchildren Leander, Kylie, Brylie, Zaiden and Lytle.
