The Kempner Police Department arrested a man on felony child sex abuse charges after a tip from a state agency.
Kempner police received information from Texas Child Protective Services officials “regarding a report of sexual abuse occurring within the city of Kempner,” Police Chief Eddie Rodriguez said in a news release.
