The mother of three missing Kempner children was denied a reduction in bond.
Kristine Whitehead, 35, remains in Lampasas County Jail on charges of interfering with child custody, a third-degree felony. She was indicted on the charge June 8 and turned herself into the Lampasas County Sheriff’s Office on July 28.
