A Kempner man remains in Bell County Jail after authorities said he shot and killed his roommate in April.
Ian Drew St. Joseph-Valderrama, 38, was indicted on a charge of murder, a firstdegree felony, in the 27th District Court of Bell County on July 20. He is accused of shooting his roommate, Steven Ray Wilson, in April.
