Lampasas police have filed charges against two preteen suspects after receiving a tip about recent vandalism in city parks.
Patrol Lt. Chuck Montgomery said a Lampasas Police Department school resource officer received a tip about the case Aug. 31, and misdemeanor graffiti charges were filed Sept. 2. The vandalism occurred through a number of incidents beginning in late July.
