Taylor Creek Elementary principal cites reason for big improvement in state testing scores

STAAR testers at Taylor Creek Elementary School averaged better than they had the previous school year, according to documents released by the Lampasas Independent School District.
A 2022 combined summary report showed students in math, reading, writing and social studies had a passing rate of 74% or higher in each subject, compared to the state’s average of 70% or higher.
