Cattle and calves:Total cattle 722, compared to 881 last sale and 778 at this time last year.
Compared to last sale, feeder steers and heifers were $5-$7 higher. Slaughter cows were $8-$10 higher, and slaughter bulls were $3-$5 higher.
Feeder cattle accounted for 68 percent. Slaughter cows and bulls accounted for 32 percent.
