The report from the July 20 Lampasas Cattle Auction follows.
Cattle and calves: Total cattle 1,052, compared to 826 last sale and 324 at this time last year.
Compared to last sale, steers and heifers were $10-$12 higher on light calves; feeders were steady. Slaughter cows were $5-$7 lower, and slaughter bulls were $7-$10 lower.
