Recount results in new runoff election for Lampasas school board seat

    The Place 5 seat on the Lampasas Independent School District Board of Trustees is headed to a runoff election, according to school officials.

    The seat has been held by board president David Millican, who did not seek re-election to another term.

    During a special meeting on Wednesday, trustees called for another election expected next month.
