Robert “Scott” Lincycomb, 72, of Lampasas died on May 1, 2022, at AdventHealth Rollins Brook in Lampasas.
Visitation was held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel on May 5.
Services will be May 6 at 11 a.m., also at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel, with interment to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Scott was born on May 19, 1949, to Robert and Iona Lincycomb in Corpus Christi.
He served his country in the U.S. Air Force and then was employed with the civil service, retiring after close to 30 years.
He loved dominoes, playing washers and shooting pool. He was a member of the local VFW Post #8539. Scott loved his family dearly.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Lincycomb, and sister, Cynthia Hoozer.
Survivors include family members Betty King, Deborah Papp, Elizabeth and James Peele, Bryan and Teri Lincycomb, Jonathan Lincycomb, Denise and James McCarter and Gerald Lincycomb; his mother, Iona Lincycomb; seven grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren.
