Department of Texas AMVETS held a ceremony April 19 at the Olin E. Teague Veterans Center in Temple to dedicate memorial benches in honor of two Lampasas County veterans.
Ad Elbert Frank, who died May 26, 2020, was an Air Force veteran. He was a past post commander of AMVETS Post 80 and was recognized for his more than 30 years of volunteer service to the organization.
