The report from the March 16 Lampasas Cattle Auction follows.
Cattle and calves: Total cattle 648, compared to 410 last sale and 495 at this time last year.
Compared to last sale, feeder steers and heifers were $5-$7 higher. Slaughter cows were $3-$5 lower, and slaughter bulls also were $3-$5 higher.
