More than 100 residents gathered inside the county courthouse Monday morning for a public hearing on a possible solar energy farm considering development within Lampasas County.
Monday’s public hearing was scheduled to take input on the rezoning of 3,800 acres in the northeast part of the county as a reinvestment zone and qualification of a tax abatement for the project.
