Lampasas Boy Scout Troop 200 and Cub Scout Pack 100 have announced a variety of upcoming events that may be of interest to area residents.
The annual Pinewood Derby is scheduled for Jan. 29 at noon at First United Methodist Church, 2 Alexander Dr. in Lampasas.
At this event, the Cub Scouts bring the pinewood cars they have made and race to see who has the fastest car.
