The Lometa L-M Garden and Civic Club held its first meeting of the new year Jan. 17 at 7 p.m. at the club building in Lometa. Hostess were Barbara Bell and Val Cash.
Light refreshments provided for the meeting included strawberries and cherries, salad items and a variety of cookies.
