County Commissioners Court talks possible precinct redistricting

The latest U.S. Census numbers show Lampasas County had more than a 10% increase in population, from 19,677 residents in 2010 to 21,627 in 2020 — a gain of almost 2,000 people.

The Lampasas County Commissioners Court met twice this week to go over a possible reshuffling plan for each precinct.
The county is divided into four precincts or districts.
