Beyond bone and stone: historical commission holds archaeology event

    In a packed room at the Lampasas Public Library Thursday evening, more than 30 archaeology enthusiasts learned about artifacts from the county. The program was part of the Lampasas County Historical Commission’s emphasis on Archaeology Month in Texas.
