Richard Paul Stockman, 74, died on Sept. 4, 2021, at his residence in Lampasas. He had been superintendent at Lometa ISD before his retirement.
Stockman was born Aug. 5, 1947, in San Antonio on Lackland Air Force Base to Durward and Helen Stockman. He was raised in Lampasas and served his country in the United States Air Force.
