An 18-wheeler veered off the road and onto the train tracks on FM 2313, just north of U.S. Highway 190, in Kempner early Friday morning. Police said the 18-wheeler driver sustained minor injuries, and diesel spilled on the tracks. Authorities pulled the vehicle off the tracks and disposed of the hazardous chemical within hours.
