One-year-old Aaron Correia enjoys a video on his mom’s phone as he waits for his car seat to be inspected at the Kempner Volunteer Fire Department Wednesday afternoon. Eleven car seats were inspected in the two-hour event, and four were replaced. The city will hold a second car seat inspection next month in conjunction to its school supply drive.
