Hunter King has been hired as the new sports editor for the Lampasas Dispatch Record.
The 24-year-old graduate of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor comes to Lampasas by way of Killeen and the Killeen Daily Herald, where he spent several years as a general assignments and sports reporter.
