Local moniker makes a comeback with newly designed T-shirt

Patsy Goodson Stoneham designed several versions of her “Yay-Loo” T-shirts in the late 1980s and ’90s, and then created a special one for Desert Storm when that event occurred in 1991.
The Lampasas nickname is considered a localized equivalent of “redneck.”
She decided it was about time for the local moniker to make a return.
