Lampasas County 27 th Distric Court convened last week with Judge John Gauntt presiding over the day’s hearings.
Defendant Abraham Rodriguez of Lampasas entered a plea of guilty to a charge of engaging in organized criminal activity, and he received five years’ deferred probation. Rodriguez also was fined $750 and must pay court costs of $310.
