The report from the June 2 Lampasas Cattle Auction follows.
Cattle and calves: Total cattle 201, compared to 480 last sale and 535 at this time last year.
Compared to last sale, feeder steers and heifers were $5-$7 higher. Slaughter cows and slaughter bulls were $3-$5 higher.
Feeder cattle accounted for 69 percent. Slaughter cows and bulls accounted for 31 percent.
