    The city of Kempner will offer a Memorial Day program at 10 a.m. Monday at Sylvia Tucker Memorial Park. In the city of Lampasas, a ceremony is planned for 8 a.m. Saturday at Oak Hill Cemetery where veterans’ graves will be decorated with American flags. FILE PHOTO
