In a brief meeting Wednesday morning, the Lometa Independent School District Board of Trustees voted to end the district’s mask mandate today at 3 p.m.
Face coverings will remain optional for those who choose to wear them in response to COVID-19, but Lometa ISD no longer will require the wearing of masks.
