The Lampasas City Council wants the nonprofit group Vision Lampasas to reconsider the artwork it wants to create on one side of the Jack Calvert Municipal Building.
During the council’s workshop Monday, Vision Lampasas Arts Committee Chair Libby Bluntzer proposed a mural for the site — an image of the allegorical Lady Justice, with her blindfold, balance beam and a sword.
