White’s long jump event is at 10:45 a.m. He won regionals with a personal-best mark of 22 feet one-quarter inch, which is the sixth-best seed mark of the nine state qualifiers. Derrick Warren of Jarrell and Reid Vincent of Salado tied for the best jump: 22 feet, 6.75 inches.
