    Lampasas beat Brownwood 6-5 on the road Friday night in varsity baseball and clinched a playoff appearance.

    Keagan Richardson had a season-high 3 RBIs. Nate Borchardt pitched the first four innings for Lampasas, and Gauge Gholson pitched the last three.

    Lampasas has won the district series against Brownwood and Gatesville, going 2-1 against each.
