The County Fair, held every summer in conjunction with Spring Ho, has a new twist this year.
Entrants may submit a homemade salsa for the Spicy Salsa Contest. The freshly made salsa must be in a disposable container with a secure lid, and a printed copy of the recipe should accompany the entry.
