The Lampasas Animal Shelter is looking to offload animals as the facility reaches full capacity, according to shelter Supervisor Kasey Schwartzer.As of Monday afternoon, the shelter had 50 dogs and 34 cats in its care. Ideally, the maximum the shelter can house is 15 dogs and 20 cats.The shelter has reached out to outside organizations for assistance, but so far nobody has answere...
