Lampasas Animal Shelter over capacity; offers free dog adoptions

The Lampasas Animal Shelter is looking to offload animals as the facility reaches full capacity, according to shelter Supervisor Kasey Schwartzer.As of Monday afternoon, the shelter had 50 dogs and 34 cats in its care.
