Lampasas County 27th District Court convened last week with Judge Debbie Garrett presiding over the day’s hearings.
Defendant Nathan Samule Diederich of Lampasas entered a plea and was found guilty of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The court assessed him 10 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutional Division, with credit for 236 days’ time served.
