Smoke shop, housing development spur discussion at City Council meeting

At Monday’s meeting of the Lampasas City Council, two potential business developments stirred up a lot of questions.
The council eventually approved a special-use permit to allow for a smoke shop in an area zoned for retail at 2200 South U.S. Highway 281.
