Although it wasn’t the prettiest win, the Lady Badger softball team held on to pick up their first district win of the season, 12-10 over Jarrell.
The Lady Badgers started a little slowly but got their offense going and jumped out to an 8-1 lead by the top of the fifth inning. That was when the defensive errors started to pile up, and Lampasas ran into some trouble.
