Youth baseball and softball soon to get underway, registration closing

    The Lampasas County Youth League Association baseball and softball season is right around the corner. The Feb. 10 registration deadline is fast approaching, and officials want as many kids as possible to come out and play.

    Tryouts for the season will be held Feb. 20-21, with the coaches’ draft and mandatory meeting on Feb. 21 after tryouts.
