CARR to take over county bus services beginning in March

    Lampasas County will officially switch bus services to the Central Texas Rural Transit District -- also known as City and Rural Rides, or CARR -- on March 2.

    CARR operates across 14 other counties, including Nolan, Taylor, Runnels, Shackelford, Callahan, Coleman, Stephens, Eastland, Brown, Erath, Comanche, Mills, Hamilton and San Saba.
