Lampasas wrestlers bring home medals from Lake Belton tournament

These wrestlers have seen plenty of success so far this season, and now they are a week away from the district tournament. After sending at least one wrestler to the state tournament each of the past few years, the Badger team will look to repeat in 2026.
The Badger wrestling team had multiple competitors finish on the podium at the Jim Grimm Tournament at Lake Belton High School over the weekend.For the varsity, Kaiden Fernandez captured a first-place finish for Lampasas.
