Lampasas County grand jury convened Wednesday.
The Lampasas County Sheriff’s Department – represented by Investigators Wayne Hilgenberg, Jason Collins and Edward Hood – presented information that resulted in three indictments: Forrest McKean Rasmussen on a charge of deadly conduct on Sept. 12.
Robert Alan Flores on a charge of failure to comply with sex offender’s registry on Sept. 5.
