Emergency conservation funds available to help ranchers recover from recent flooding

    The U.S. Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service is opening a special disaster sign-up for $5 million in additional funding through the Environmental Quality Incentives Program for farmers and ranchers in the Hill Country who have been affected by recent flooding.
