A celebration of the life of Patsy Morene Ballow Moore will be held March 29, 2025 at 1 p.m. at the First Methodist Church in Evant. Zach Huckabee will officiate.
Lunch will be served after the service.
Patsy died Feb. 18, 2025 at the age of 91.
She spent most of her life in Lampasas County on the J.E. Moore Ranch north of Adamsville. She graduated from Lampasas High School. She was involved in many civic organizations in and around the county.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James “Jem” Edwin Moore Jr.; a daughter, Blanche Moore Allen; brother Jimmy Carol Ballow; grandson Lewis Holland Allen; granddaughter Stephanie Summers; parents Jim and Cleo Ballow; and inlaws James Edwin Sr. and Edna Moore.
Survivors include a daughter, Martha Moore, and son, James Moore; a sister, Charlotte Ballow Seale; granddaughters Jammie Sinclair, Carlie Cline, Christie Elton, Joslyn Townsend; and numerous other grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
