This momma goat named Dottie had a rare birth of four kids each a different color combination -- born on Dec. 20 at 2:05 p.m. All were reported healthy and rambunctious. The kids weighed in at 4.8 lbs., 4.8 lbs., 5.3 lbs. and 6.1 lbs. The mother was an F3 Boer goat, and the babies are F4. Owners are Chip and Paula Hoepner of Kempner....
